(First 2 appointments) A health and nutrition interview where we discuss personal family health history, weight changes, eating habits, activity patterns, current struggles and your health goals. At the second appointment we will go over the specific recommendations and outline for your food and activity plan. $150.00 per appointment

Nutrition Follow Up Session: 30 minutes
These sessions are designed to follow your progress and make adjustments to your treatment plan. These sessions are most important for problem solving and teaming together to design a plan which meets your individual needs and goals. $75 (additional fee if more than 30 min.)

We understand that plans change, and will accept cancellations up to 24 hours before your appointment. With less than 24 hours notice, we will be happy to reschedule, but must charge you for the missed appointment.
